Trileptal ANYONE??

Hi. I was just prescribed trileptal today, and know nothing about it.
does anyone have any experience with this drug?

well it is used for treating epilepsy in controling seizures and the reason they feel it probably would work for you is the Dr's think BP is a form of a seizure disorder. This is a controversial belief but so far seizure meds do help most of us.

I take it. I take 300mg in the morning and 600mg at night.
I gained 30lbs. And for a while, I felt mentally sluggish.
But, it's ok now.
I've had a lot of problems with other drugs.

I'm on it too, i hear voices but im not sure if its a side effect or not. My pdoc said hes trying to put me on the least weight gaining drugs but after reading Baggys response im kind of worried. I feel tired all the time but besides that its been fine as for stablizing my moods... so far its not working but i've only been on it a little over 2 weeks so i think its still too soon.

    theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

    I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
