I have been in DS three months. In those three months I have met specially caring ladies in DS. I have met ladies who have very big hearts and who are loving and compassionate. I met ladies who could make you laugh with their wit. I met ladies who are always willing to listen anytime I needed to share. This is a well tribute to all the ladies of DS that make my days in DS rewarding and special. Ladies thank you for being there for me and all the other men.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
