I know that everyone has the right to feel the way we feel. I know that we have the right to express it. Unfortunately, some posts trigger people to do things, who are already in a bad place or close to the edge.

I have to leave this community. Most people are sincere in their cries for help, some people just join to be cruel to people who are struggling. It's hard to tell sometimes who is who, because we have to take them and what they say as being the truth.
It is supposed to be someones' responsibility to get a person help who is threatening to harm themselves or others, but how can you? Most if not all of us, have no idea where the other person lives. There's little if anything we can do. SO, why torture ourselves more by reading threaatening posts? We are supposed to be adults here, and people with sensitivity and understanding. Some people are too sensitive to deal with these issues, and it could be deadly for someone.
I'm sorry, but for my own mental health, I must leave.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Wish you well.

BUT....
What has happened time and time again is people actuallr RESPOND to the post that most piss them off, it's like self torture. If you don't like it, don't post to it, and it goes off the board.
I've said it before and will say it again....
