There is something just plain wrong in attacking people on this site! I don't know a soul with this illness who hasn't at some point or another been through abject hell. Some of have experienced hell for years.
People are often unkind to folks with mental illness. There is too much abuse out there for people like us in the first place. We don't need it here!
It is entirely possible to say what you want to say, even if it is critical, in a positive rather than a negative way.
You can be supportive and still say what you think. Those of you who do that already, and there are many on this site, are way ahead of the ones who don't! Way ahead in terms of mental health! The rest of you need to get there. These are the folks who are getting on with their lives in spite of the disorder.
Some folks on this site, not just me, are at times feeling a bit fragile. Think long and hard before sending your responses, and try to keep it positive. Say what you feel you need to say in a positive, supportive manner! IT'S JUST NOT THAT HARD TO DO. And those who do it have learned how to get along with other people. Good practice this, for people with relationship problems!
Take it too heart.
Love,
Eve

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I was abrupt with a couple people this week (of course staying up and being glued here does make a person testy from time to time) and I was shocked and not pleased with myself.
By nature I am considerate and kind. Think I just got caught up in the negativity & anger expressed.
Hope all is well today for all of us, we deserve it!
Thanks, you're just the shot in the arm that I needed,
