Daily Strength may in fact be the most appropriate forum to meet potential partners. Why? Because there is commonality, solidarity, and a real understanding of shared strife. How many interested potential partners have gone the way of Jimmy Hoffa once you tell them about your disorder? But those who know what it's like to be bipolar are not so quick to bounce as they know the pain of judgment all too well. All I'm really saying is that I've met some wonderful women here that I could see as both life-long friends and future soul mates! I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
