In other words, manic triggers....I've experienced several today and thought it might be fun to compare notes...maybe even help each other a bit? I get to start.
1. Computer support people! They are all idiots and my dog knows more about my computers than they do!
2. Adult kids that don't know zilch about dealing with normal life and want you to do everything for them. #2 adult kid had his car broken into this morning and I had to figure out what to do, still doing, btw. #1 adult kid left his car with a shady repair service and then left the state leaving me to deal with shady person that cannot speak english....oops...
That's #3...If you live in the US you NEED to learn to speak english so that other US people can actually understand you.
I have lots more, but leaving room for everyone to add their own.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Also, my Bipolar soulmate, when he goes bonkers and treats me like shit!!! He used to do it every 13 days or so, which wasn't too bad. I knew it was coming and his black period only lasted about 18 hours.
But now he's passed into a much worse phase. He's much more abusive, his timetable is unpredictable, and the spells last much longer. It's taking a toll on me and on him as well, I think. He doesn't.
It's very sad, because I'm beginning to think that our respective conditions make us bad for each other. I wish I could do something to make it better, for both of us!!
How about people that don't think?! Oh wait, that was me before I was dx'd and took meds...WELL, they still piss me off! :)
MT, behave or at least be a bit politically correct. However the shady gas station guy has a very thick middle-eastern accent! My bad for encouraging MT. I'm sure it's just a coincidence!
