Someone once told me that doing therapy was like throwing up... Just thought I'd pass it on...
Therapy is like Throwing up:
1. You realize you don't feel well and know tat you have to go hover over the toilet, but really don't want to, so you screw your courage up and drag yourself into the bath room, find a comfy spot on your knees or the like, lift the lid and get ready......
2. You puke....We all know the finer details of tossin' your cookies, so I will not elaborate here. As hard as it is for me to want to when posting something as juvinile as relating therapy to blowin' chunks....
Needless to say this is the part that sucks the worst till the end when your up on your tip toes, muscles clenched from head to foot, with your face still shoved in the can, and NOTHING is left to get out.
3. You fall back against the cool porceline and take a deep breath, wipe your face, exclaim "WHOOO!" and you feel better....
Thanks for reading my stuff you guys!

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
