Do you like therapy? Does it do any good? Is it goal based or just rent-a-friend? Working on making goals for therapy...decided to establish a safe place to delve into abuse issues I've avoided forever. Make a decision to leave or stay in marriage. Feel better, competent, and confindent at work and home. Those goals don't seem attainable for the short term...long term I know I want to have NO MORE FLASHBACKS.
