Maybe you can relate to me.
I find myself taking a deep breath and realizing I was just so caught-up in my thoughts that I forgot to breath.
At that time I am at the bottom of a deep breath.
My consciousness changes and I find my head being held by my hands and I am leaning on the desk before me.
How did I get here?
I was so deep in thought. Racing, anxious thoughts about the future, the past and now.
As I catch myself and review where I am at, I think, "Is this bipolar condition 'just' a matter of deliberatly changing my mind?"
Do you ever feel the same?

I don't feel well. Like--physically. Ive been dealing with nearly constant nausea for the last...month (I think?).I know my transplant medications can cause nausea, but its never been this bad before. The other day I had toast for breakfast, thinking that wouldn't upset my stomach and was still naseous afterwards. Ive been trying to ignore it, or deal with it with gum or mints. But that isn't...

Now though maybe because I decided my brain is just going to do what it wants and I am not going to have any input on what it decides that i am just on a ride... and you know what I am....
Now i am depressed and writing sarcasticly and you what I Don't care....
I guess that is the point in life to decide once and for all you are and therefore you exist and you are here to just watch.
I am just going to watch for awhile. Its more comfortable to just watch no active role no worrying when will this change...
I am here for its own sake of being here where ever here is.
Possible I believe so.
Now I see the word, "determination."

Is there a pill for it? lolol
Just to reach a natural level of breathing is a milestone. For a while, I was analysing every move my body made physically and mentally.Like having microphones and sensors set up all over me.
It was terrible but passed eventually.

He gets mad at me for using 'crutches' and thinks I should get off my meds.
