Hey so I have always associated food with all of my emotions and when I first got online earlier I was upset and immediatly wanted to eat something greasy or sweet. But thanx to my friends on here for your swift and supportive comments I will now stay on track and sit down with my dinner as planned of chicken and brussel sprouts. This is not a small feat let me tell you . For twenty somthing years now when I get upset or depressed in any way I turn to the worst possible food and lots of it to fill the void I feel I guess. But tonight because of you guys I told the voice in my head telling me to binge to shut the hell up for once! I feel empowered thanks to all my friends here. Really you dont know what it means to me.
