i just went to a new shrink today after over 2 years of trying to cope by myself. she asked me to get the book called "the bipolar handbook" anyone else have it? i looked for it at the bookstore and they didn't have it. i'm now attempting to order it off the interwebz. i've been taking 50mg of seroquel to help me sleep that i got from my former neurologist (i have chronic migraines) but the shrink increased that to 200 mg. and i'm supposed to go back in two weeks but damn, her calendar was full. they are gonna "call me" i'm not too sure about that.
