Not too long ago, ok maybe 10 years ago, I recalled something my then psychiatrist said about warning me about drinking caffeine with Depa. I know the medicine is metabolized through the liver and I'm at risk for liver damage, but am I killing myself gradually, since I've been "Starbucking" all these 10 years?....

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Well, Gimme - that makes total sense with the lithium! And, yes, I have to be very careful or I can get a bit hypomanic (maybe a notch below). Half caf or decaf helps!
Good thing I drink lots of water and only do coffee maybe twice per week...

Coffee out and talking to friends. Does it get much better?
This is good coffee shop coffee, too. Most days it's just a 1/2 teaspoon of folgers in 12 oz of water.
Now i am switching to some chamomile tea, for the afternoon.
LOVE the coffee buzz. Learning to get comfortable with the natural, just being, level, but hard.
