I know some people get evaluated for SSDI every year, every 3 years or every 7 years. Well, having it been 7 years, i thought i would try and find out more about the review process and when i may welcome it into my life (NOT). THIS MONTH!! I haven't received a formal letter telling me when/how/what. Holy crap. I've never been evaluated before as i was deemed "not likely to improve". What goes on? Is there a face-to-face interview? I'm freaking out, guys. I hate being evaluated for anything. It puts me on edge. Any words from experience?
I'm on day two with no cigarettes. I have nicotine gum but I haven't used it. I wasn't planning on quitting but I have no money to buy cigarettes so I am cold turkey. I'll probably cave when I get paid again and buy a pack but I'm the meantime, does anyone have any advice on how to fight the withdrawals? I know a few of you are former smokers so any tips or tricks?
