I know I am still new to all of this, but geeze...it can be exhausting. The only thing I know to compare it to is riding the roller coaster at Disney World that is/was in complete darkness - flying at the speed of sound and no idea which direction you are headed next...up, down, sideways. I know I am a rapid cycler, and I still contend I'd rather it be that way because at least you know the downs will soon be over. But geeze, it is just very tiring sometimes. It is apparent that the lithium is really not helping, which is disturbing to me because many people take it and do well, and also, isn't it supposed to be one of the strongest meds?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Possibly a different mood stabilizer is in order?
We know there's no cure so all we can do is find "stable mode".
