I've found in the past couple of months that my sensitivity to sounds has become increasingly worse. I LOOK like a crazy person when there's too much sound stimulation around me. To me, I think that people talking sometimes, even if they are what I know is a normal level, they seem so loud and intrusive to me....What I want to know is does anyone else out there experience this? If so, how do you deal with it? And if you're in a public place where you can't just leave, how do you deal with it then????? This one symptom is making me feel crazier than ever right now! Thanks for the input!
