Ive got really achey legs today and i woke during the night with my left one totaly numb.Im just wondering if its anything to do with my meds? Took about 10 mins for feeling to come back last night and i hadnt been lying funny or anything x

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

Lamictal, propranolol, trazadone. (I know it's not lithium)
Might legs used to go numb but that was back in high school and it was the 60's and peace and love...and drugs and I didn't know what the hell I was doing. But I always had a date.
