I have been tutoring my 12 year old cousin in school for the past year. She has recently been diagnosed with ADD and Dyslexia, and only recieving this news a few days ago she has been a bit down...Her goal for herself was to make the high honor roll in school...it's an honor recognition you get for having a grade of 90% or above (or an A). Well her (our) work paid off!!! She recieved the letter in the mail today that she received high honor roll! I am so proud of her! This really lifted her spirits. It also made me feel good that I could reach out and help someone while trying to deal with BP at the same time. I had taken her on as a student for free, to help her out, and to also boost my self esteem. I couldn't be more proud!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
