So today is a depressing day for me because I have to pack up all my stuff and get ready to leave University today permanently because I had to quit due to severe depression. But one of the things that contributed to that depression was my total inability to start and maintain friendships with almost anyone. I joined a bunch of organizations to meet people, but everyone I met pretty much ignored me after the first day, and the few friends I had eventually stopped inviting me out. When things like that happen you cant help but be paranoid. I bought a new cellphone with high hopes of meeting lots of people but only 2 people outside my family have ever called me. I just want to be like the people on myspace/facebook who have lots of friends and are always doing something fun. It makes me feel like a dork doing everything by myself. Anyway, does anyone have trouble breaking into new groups of friends and staying there?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
