I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Obviously that didnt happen for you. Maybe try taking your script bottles to your pcp and ask him to help you maintain your scripts until you can find and see a new doc. If that doesnt work try seeing if you have a crisis center for mental health. We have a couple in arizona and they help with things exactly like this as well as provide inpatient for those that need it to adjust meds or hold you til more suitable placement is found. Its an awsome place and is actually there for people that need it that dont have insurance.
well first I would throw a fit... I would go down there and tell them that they have to see you at least one last time put you on the adjusted dosage and then give you a script for a full month AT MINIMUM. They may only be serving low income families but the other posters are right I dont think legally he can just drop you like that. First off your on a medication that if not monitored properlly or if you go off your meds suddenly can cause serious problems. THey agreed to see you as a patient and they have to ensure your safety in their transition. I would go down IN PERSON. And ask to speak to the office manager. Dont even get into it with anyone else lower then that. I would tell her your expectations and if they refuse to treat you or help you transition then we can brainstorm new ways to find you the help you need
