I remember my tp talk about the hours of 10pm - 2am as being very important sleep time for Bp's. That it is when the brain does somenthing with beta waves. Have any of you experimented with different sleep times and noticed a difference? I'm a hoot owl, always have been. I just remember the Ben Franklin saying of ' early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise '. Just wonder if I re-adjusted my schedule (regretfully) if it would help some how?
