Does everyone have trouble sleeping. I have since I was diagnosed many years ago. I have to have a wind machine to relax me otherwise I would stay up all night with my thoughts racing and worry myself to death. Often when I am really manic I can't sleep at all and I have to watch TV until I fall asleep sometimes it isn't until 4:00am in the morning. I am tired a lot and never feel like I get a good night sleep. I take Ativan or anxiety meds sometimes just so I can sleep when I feel like I have my days and nights all messed up. Also my Doc's told me not to drink any caffine so I haven't in many years. How is everyone else sleeping?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
