This is the type of discussion I usually have with my friends, not on the big board, but well here goes. I'm 28 and I have a job, lots of friends, and as a rule I'm happy. The only thing is I'm single. I'm OK with this. I date who I want, I do what I want, and I have a full life, but it seems more and more now people seem to have certain expectations for me (marriage etc,) that I may want someday, but I just don't want now. (kids...don't think so) ;) Why do people assume if your single your lonely?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
