I've been on Seroquel XR since I was diagnosed as having Bipolar III on the 17th of September. It has been a "miracle" drug for me. I noticed a drastic difference immediately. I felt "normal" and I never knew normal could be so wonderful. I'm sleeping again. I no longer have my heart and mind racing and feel jittery. I occasionally experience some focus and concentration problems, and also eat constantly and never feel full. However, I consider this to be a minor annoyance and a small price to pay to have my life back. Does anyone have ideas for simple nutritious snacks to satisfy the constant hunger?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
