Who here is like me and tries to read up on all aspects of the disorder. To have a better understanding of meds, treatments and the disorder itself. Or do you rely just on what yoour doctor tells you? I read all kinds of stuff from books the web articles and BP Blogs. I feel the best defense is to really understand what I'm up against. I even talk to my doctor about different things I found. Some is relavent and some is misinformation. Also if you do your own research were have you found info on the web?
