I was reading someone's page and they were saying that successfully managing Bipolar takes a lot of discipline. I find that to be true also. And I am marginal at it, at best. It is very hard making the decisions and motivating myself to do the the next right thing day in and day out. I'm working on it, and I know I have improved, but i have a long way to go. Anyone else have that trouble?
