How many people here are actually diagnosed as schizoaffective but have joined as bipolar or even shizophrenic? I have on both because there isn't a community for it on DS. I've only had one manic episode in my life and have kept to my medications religiously, and I'm just wondering what other schizoaffective people are like. Hello? Are you out there?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Turned out I was labelled BP1.That's it.Voices and stuff plus the suicidal intentions blurred it all.
It underlined to me that it's all just one smear of illness.Like a fader light switch.
We all have different points of 'sweep'.
Personally, I think Schizo-affective sounds way cooler than Bipolar.
I asked no questions, haven't looked it up.
I don't want to know, yet. It's a bit overwhelming.
It sounds scary.
I feel like even more of a fruit loop.
Wait... what day is it?
Thanks for posting this and I'm curious as to how many of us are out there!
