Having a schedule would work wonders for me.
Currently I am having another gout flair which is totally my fault as somehow the gout med didn't make it into my med containers this week. *face palm*
To start planning a whole day at a time seems overwhelming and if I feel I have to do it this way it will never get done.
How do I start on the road to making a schedule in 30 minute increments? I don't have a great attention span except for tv and reading which I can spend hours doing and that isn't the healthiest thing sometimes but sometimes it is needed to chill out either th at or go back to bed.
