I don't really have a sweet tooth! I have a salt tooth! I prefer chips and dip or veggies w/ ranch or cheeses before I would ever eat a doughnut. I can pass up those sweets like cupcakes, cakes, pies, and candies very easily, but if it's salty, I will eat it, and eat it...I crave salt! Now here's my question! What happens when I begin the Lithium? Are my cravings going to subside? I've read of NOT cutting back on sodium consumption...but I put soy sauce AND table salt on my Chinese food! What do you think? What if it's possible that I've been lacking this "specific" salt all my life and that's why I crave salt the way I do....doesn't that make sense?!
