My pdoc says that now is the time to get out my light visor and wear it for 20-30 minutes each morning to replace the missing sunlight and help with my seasonal affective disorder.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Can you sit and read w/yours? Or watch tv?

but i like the time when i am wearing it, it is peaceful, and where i live, it gets really dark for way too much of the day. in two weeks the clocks fall backward, and it will begin to get dark around 4pm, and that can really F with your emotions!
