I find this a real annoying attribute. Probably related to ths meds?
I'll be sitting and I figit my legs. I'll got to bed exhausted and the legs still rub together. My mum noticed it the other night too...and said "Can't you keep your legs still". I try to be mindful in stopping....but the brain says one thing...the legs want to do another!!! Story of my life!
Any one else had this...any tips???

It's a big pain in the ass!! I get it occasionally. Sometimes it hits my arms too. There's no sleeping!!
what meds are you on and you can check webMD and look for the side effects to match.
As Ireland80 mentioned yes...a walk or as I do run cause its faster on the mind ( I can't even walk! LOL) seems to burn it out of the legs...just hard to do that at work though when your at a desk.
Good to hear some of you also experience...well not good like that...but you know...share the same stories ;)
Awhile back, I was anemic and when I took my beloved seroquel, the RLS was horrendous!! After the anemia was gone, I could take the seroquel again.
It is a real problem. Tell your doctor.
