I don't know if it is because of the time of year, or age, or medication, or a combination of all, but I am finding myself reflecting back on people that I have hurt; relationships that I have screwed up; loves I have lost, etc. I am even having dreams about this. Does anybody else here have similar experiences?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Senses take a battering at this time of year and can bring on many 'reflective' memories.
What with early dark nights, cold weather, spending more time indoors... one can easily dwell on times past.
I do, but also use it as an impetus to get my ass in gear and go forward !
