Ok, aren't we like addicts? they are always recovering and never completely recovered. if they take a drink or do another dose of meth then they are not recovered. don't we have to fight day to day to take our meds and not have bad episodes? won't we be like this the rest of our lives? we will always have to stay on top of bp. yes we will have an episode like the alcoholic wants a drink or the drug addict wants to smoke dope or do meth. they fight everyday with this as we fight everyday to stay sane... any in put?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I know if I have one drink I will have 10.
If I have one mood swing...it could be the only one.. Doesn't mean I now created a situation that will give me MORE mood swings.
