I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
When it comes to friendship,I think it boils down to who stands by you,no matter what
A true friend, puts that other person's welfare above the relationship...they tell the truth, in a loving, compassionate way, for that friends benefit.
sometimes being a true friend is scary.
If friends say they like me but have issues with each other it can upset me for days.
To be in that position again after a long fight-back is irritating.Life is hard outside the loop but the loop is odd too.
Worked with people nearly 20 years shared helped not one friend there.
You find out when world falls apart who if any are friends true real otherwise.
