My husband is type 2 bipolar and we just recently found that out. I'm trying to learn as much as I can as that make this easier for me to deal with and also prevents me from getting angry at the stuff that he truly can't control. I was wondering if there is a "normal" average of times a day or week that anyone has expereinced their mood swings. It seems like he switches about every 3 days (3good, 1bad day) but on the bad days, he seems to witch a few times a day. Has anyone found a pattern so I can prepare myself for the inevidible haha?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
