OK, so my wife is really only starting on meds for BP... 200mg lamictal and 12-25mg Seroquel right now. In the morning she is depressed and in the evening she has the racing thoughts, and anxiety and has trouble sleeping until the seroquel kicks in. This daily pattern is fairly new (before it was more unpredictable than this). The depression usually lasts until around lunghtime, and the mania kicks in around dinner time. Anyone else out there with rapid cycling? Is medication going to stabilize this? How common is rapid cycling?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
