I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I hope you threw a scalpel at him and said OOPS..white people disease mood swing.
Unlike diseases like Haysacks which is higher with Jewish people. No your doctor is full of it.
Besides that, who is full on white or black anymore??? I am white but I resemble a trud more than anything else.
no, I don't think Bp is for white people only...I'm asian and I have it.
Regardless, that Pdoc was WAY out of line. Even if he thought he had statistics that proved it, why would he say such a thing?
Dee dee dee! Duh!
