The DS Boot Camp is up and running no pun intended! LOL Please message either SeekingPeace or myself for the names of our growing group and their goals. The idea is that you check the journals of the people in the group to see how their work out/nutrition plans are going and offer "gentle" support in their stated goals. All members please record your workout/nutrition plans in your journals weekly. There will be no harsh, negative criticism only pats on the back and I know how you feel type posts. If you miss a few days journalling or take a break, no big deal this is supposed to be as stress-free and kind as we can make it. Also we are not being elitist, anyone is welcome to join to get support with their fitness/nutrition.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things.
