What do you do when you can't move,? Funny story really, I cracked a rib and messed up my neck in a freak trampoline accident.... Actually, I was trying to show off for my 9 year old half sister.... Turns out that tricks you could do 10 years and 20 pounds ago do not carry over. So now I am pretty much immobile, and I don't really want to take pain meds because I don't want them to interfere my BP meds. In theory it should be ok, but I just don't know (anyone have any experiance with this one?) So what do I do with my time? If anyone has any ideas for entertainment that don't involve much movement I'd love to hear about it. Here I am, foam neck collar, elastic strap around my ribs, everything hurts like hell and I'm afraid to take pain meds cause of my BP meds..... All this for showing off for a 9 year old who already idolizes me.....

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Once again sorry for the mixup
Whenever I get laid (!) up with a bad back, I think of all the things I could be doing, stuff that I take for granted.
Then when I'm up and about, the stuff I take for granted is light years from my mind.
It is a dilemna.
.
Get well soon.

As for what you can do....you can take pictures of your feet in different positions also some of you knees and hands, you can write poetry or short stories ( get those creative juices flowing), watch a sappy movie or read a book. Hope this helps!
Did this for someone laid up with busted bones, in fact (true) they got to see all my favourite films & even a Blackadder Marathon, as I recall hehehe x
