My lawyer informed me that there may be an issue with me getting my ssi disability or whatever because I got married in December and he has a pretty good job and makes good money is this true???? Should I file for a legal seperation before the hearing? I would because I don't think this marriage will last anyways and it is not worth messing the rest of my life up. But the problem would be finding somewhere to live after I did it.. LOL... anyone know about this siituation?
