I have some serious procrastination problems. I go to school at night and there are times when BP interferes and makes it difficult to absorb what I'm reading. I even have to read things two or three times, only to walk away and not know what the heck I just read (so frustrating). When that happens, my classwork falls behind - creating anxiety over what I have to catch up on in addition to the assignments due next. Sometimes it's hard to get past that wall of anxiety to get things done. I'm going to fail if I can't do something about this - does anyone have any suggestions??
