I really hate to say it. But all the signs are pointing that way. I haven't slept in days. At least not in a real way. When I do have my sleep moments, I have really really messed up dreams. so I don't want to sleep. And I've been hitting things. Haven't eaten in days. I should be asleep. or something. What have I done? How the hell do I stop this? Other than hitting things. The things always win. My arms are a mess but I can't seem to stop. . not good. someone say something. I don't care what, anything?

My best friend and I joke that we wish we could find the volume dial on our moods.
