I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Being able to get an a treatment plan and getting better!
I both love and hate the hypersexuality, depending on the circumstances at any given time!!!
What I hate most about it is that I once was very mentally sharp and am now little better than a dunce!!!
What I hate is coming down...crashing. I hate it when, even though I have crashed, I still cannot sleep. I hate it when my mind goes blank, making it impossible to remember such simple things. I hate the psychosis I suffer from time to time. I hate being on a roller coaster ride...up, down, up, down, up, up, down, up! I guess that's called rapid cycling?
Anyway, right now, I hate the depressive episode I'm falling into.
I hate the depressive side which gets very bad for me, and unfortunately, my current meds don't seem to be controlling the depression very well.
Love those that love me anyway.
Instant hypermania!!!
At first it was enjoyable, but add many-layered thoughts all going 100 miles an hour, lack of sleep, and real life...for the first time ever, I truly felt insane. I felt that I was on the verge of needing to be hospitalized. It scared the be-jeepers out of me.
Now, I'm like crashing. I don't want to see anybody, leave the house, answer the phone, babysit my grandkids. I just want to be alone.
also scarey.
I don't like questioning the validity of an opinion I have purely based on how others will put a spin on it.On account of the 'He's nuts anyway' disclaimer.
I hate being aggressive, irritable, forgetful, tactless and sleepless :))
But hey you gotta take the good with the bad :))
