This site is here to help all of us deal with some very challenging issues while walking our journey through our bipolar disorder. I have read so many posts and journals with people expressing the anger and frustrations they read here and how it upsets them. We have to be faithful and remember that each of us is going through different phases at different times. We have many faces with many different expressions at all different times. We can be very comforting and helpful at times but surge anger in one another at other times. Sometimes, some of us need to lash out because it is where we are at that moment in time. Lets try to remember that and not take things too personal. It isnt healthy for our own state of mind. We are here to grow in a positive direction on our journey and we can do that. I have gained alot of respect for all of you and your struggles and I hope I have shown you that.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Fun and laughter should most definitely still be allowed!
It can't be ALL BP probs...we should all know our "ticked off" point and leave then and there.
I'll seriously contemplate that. As you mentioned... you need a positive outlook. That rationale is very hard to become tangible. It' s rather elusive. We try to help using the tools at our disposal, which are few and far between. Our main contribution is the force that MANY of our members contribute and the amount of compassion those posts create.
Amen. Peace.
