"Stop being obsessed with perfection and orderliness and leave room for flexibility in your life. Be spontaneous again....Play more at the game of life " Susan smith jones, Ph.D
Because of the uncertainty of BP, we sometimes try to make our lives as neat and tidy and controlled as we can. Too often, we forget to have fun. We take ourselves too seriously, and we don't take take time to play. We forget that playing is even an option.
That's when watching children play can help us. Children can teach us how to be spontaneous, how do do something that is not part of a plan. When children play, they are there in the moment fully enjoying what they are are doing.
Being spontaneous means being present in the moment. It means accepting the chaos of life and not being afraid of it. It means knowing that behind the chaos is an orderliness that we aren't in hcarge of and we can't control. It means letting go and living now. Free.
Because the world is already perfect and orderly, I get to play in the flowing, streaming chaos of life. I live in the moment, always ready to try new things. I see a freshly born world every minute of the day.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
