I tend towards depression, so usually I feel fatigued, sleepy, weak, etc... anybody else have this problem and how do you get past it? Usually I do coffee/soda but that, of course, backfires. I end up napping a lot, which is hard when it's just me and my 3 kids. I only recently stopped working to give myself more time to keep the house clean at an easier pace. And by clean I mean no moldy food or dirty diapers or doggie messes... I can't even worry about the toys and clothes cause I'm too exhausted at that point. Would really love some advice on keeping my energy up when I'm on the down side :( Manic/hypomanic days are rare for me but they are special when I have them, I always make sure I take those days and clean like a mad fiend!
