I wonder if people are good at remembering family/friend's birthdays ?


I always remained ok at remembering them but was a miserable man at the party for a few years.

Today is my sister's 45th birthday.I'll pop over later.
I remember it because it's the same day as Jimi Hendrix's.He is alive and well too, it seems.

I remember everyones birthday most of the time I just don't know who is on what day. I always know mine because it is the same day as Eddie Murffy

like alot of things, I forget, with immediate family I usually get pretty close. With others, I just send them a bday card, just try to get the month right. They don't mind.

i dont remember most of everything actually, i think i did too many drugs when i was younger (really). ive been with my husband for 6 years and still can not even now remember his birthday or the day we got married. i know pretty bad huh

really though, how important is it? not worth lowering your self-esteem. Now the small children, that's a different story.
Lou2, I love buying gifts, getting just the perfect one, and really enjoy gift wrapping, I can make beautiful bows now. I always wished I had time for this kind of thing when I was younger. Really appreciate it now.

talk about wha? i grew up a jw . stil am . its kinda cool actually when christmas comes around im all like yeah i dont have to spend any money on people i dont really like anyway , and thank god if i had to be at anykind of thanksgiving dinner with my whole family in one room wow that would be a nightmare. so im not sad about it

    I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

    I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
