I was released yesterday from the local psych ward where I self-admitted last Wednesday; started IOP today. After 28 years of therapy, I came out with three diagnoses of which I was aware (like I haven't had a bazillion in 28 years): major depressive disorder, PTSD and BPD. The #1 on Axis I was Bipolar II, which was brand new. I'm new to this site and this community, neither of which I even knew existed before today. I need friends - I tend to be agoraphobic and the few friends that I DO have are really NOT equipped to understand what I'm going through. So...hello, and thank you for being here. (Heavy sigh of relief.)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
