My husband is just trying to be sensitive to my needs, but lately it's starting to feel patronizing. Every day he asks me how I'm "feeling." And feeling has a different connotation than it would for a normie. He's constantly assessing my moods, even normal ones. And when I work up the nerve to tell him I don't feel like talking because I'm not feeling well, he usually says "great" and reacts in a sad or hostile way. Anyone else in the same situation? What do you do about it?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
