My husband has severe mood swings. His mother is agoraphobic and has a history of bipolar disorder, verbal abuse and blaming. My husband has been depressed for years, finally started taking wellbutrin. He continually looks to find fault with me, my mood and says one day he wants to have another child and the next day he's on the internet chatting it up with other people (women). He has a history of drinking and porn use in our marriage, hiding money, lots of secrets which if confronted will lead him to lie unless I present proof and then he will finally admit a wrong, if he does however, he will quickly point out my mood caused his drinking, the porn, the lack of sexual desire, the desire to die. Although it apparently all existed from his days in high school taking cough medicine to sleep the day away, followed by kava kava pills, then alcohol but he thinks I am awful when under all the stress I smoke. He goes to church and acts christian but I have had to threaten to leave to get him to go to any counseling. He drank secretely in the middle of the night. When I took him on a nice trip to a b&b it had no air conditioning and he spent hours telling me how if I cared for him and loved him I would not have gotten a room without air. Had to ask to leave and spent hours finding another place. He tells me men get aroused by women and he will get aroused by a woman at a mall but doesnt understand why this upsets me. What do you think? Bipolar?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
