I just moved to eastern PA, after living in Oregon my life. Out there, Halloween is Oct 31st. Period. Which means kids dress up and trick-or-treat on Oct 31st. HERE- there is a SCHEDULE for trick-or-treating! Some of the towns and villages around here have to go on the 26th, some on the 27th, some on the 30th, etc. And for those that go on the 31st- they can't all go at once. In my city, some parts of the city are allowed to trick-or-treat from 5-7, some from 6-8, some from 7-9. WTF!?!?! Does anyone else live where they do this?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
